ACCESS CONTROL

Access to the property is extremely important when an automated gate system is installed.

At FM Engineering we provide a tailored solution for every customer - from small residential through to large commercial applications.

Remote Control

All gate automation kits are supplied with hand-held remote controls. This allows the user to operate the gates from a vehicle or on foot.

Digital Keypad

A digital keypad allows entry & exit using a changeable four digit code. A digital keypad can also be integrated into any of the intercom systems shown below.

Audio Entry Kit

Visitors press a call button at the gate which rings a fixed phone located in the premises. The gate can then be operated remotely via that phone.

Audio & Video Entry Kit

Same functionality as Audio Entry Kit above but with the added feature of a video monitor. This enables the user to see the visitor prior to allowing entry.

GSM Entry Kit

Visitors press a call button at the gate which rings any designated phone number (landline or mobile). You can even operate the gates from your mobile phone allowing your gate to be operated from any location worldwide.

Vehicle Detector (or 'loop')

Fitted underneath any driveway to detect and automatically allow access to vehicles based on customer requirements.
